| Well my engine was shipped to Z1 after I talked to them a few weeks ago. I ended up calling them and John told me that the engine was toasted. He said that the engine over heated and the #5 piston expanded and bent a rod... The heat tabs were all roasted. He also said that the short block was completely shot. He was going to pull the heads today to see what damage was done to those. He said that I am to blame for this. he said that there might not have been enough coolant in the engine and proceeded to tell me the proper way to do so. I have bled my coolant at least 15 time since I bought the car 5 years ago. NEVER had a problem with over heating. I asked him that maybe when they cleaned the coolant passages that something was resricting the flow or maybe something let lose and was cloging the passages. He said that he was going to look into that when he pulled the heads off. I think that it was a bad head gasket that's allowing pressure into the coolant system. Any thoughts?? He also said that the both my turbos were shot. One was siezed and the other one was hard to turn. How could this be?!?!?!? I just bought these brand new from JWT the same time i bought the engine. I had a problem with the passenger turbo about 1500 miles into the break in period and thought that the turbo was the cause but after installing a new one that JWT sent me the problem persisted. NOW HOW can 3 brand new turbos go bad within 2000 miles and only 500 miles of occaionally 15 psi of boosting??? I asked John this and he said that JWT aren't the most reliable turbo's, come on!! I asked him what causes turbo's to sieze he said lack of oil. I then asked him doesn't the oil come from the engine that you just rebuit. He said that it can be many things, oil pump. I stopped him there and made a point that they modified the pump for more PSI. He then said that the oil cooler could be the problem. Come on any excuse other then there fault! I've owned the car for 5 years and never had a problem with over heating or lack of oil and now all of a sudden every thing has malfunctioned since the installation of this engine. Any thought on this mess before I call them tomorrow?? They said that they work with me but when will the money stop being put into this car. Rob
